I’m based in the North Cotswolds, Gloucestershire, a picturesque County which is lucky enough to be surrounded by the equally beautiful Counties of Oxfordshire, Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Herefordshire and Wiltshire.
how far will YOU travel?
I have no limit! If I am available for your date I am happy to travel as far as you need me to. If your wedding is in Oxfordshire, Warwickshire or Worcestershire there will be no travel fee. Weddings outside of these Counties will incur a travel fee.
how long will it take to receive our wedding gallery?
This depends on the number of hours you booked me for and whether or not you had a second photographer but I usually deliver your gallery within 6 to 8 weeks.
Your gallery will be sent to you via an on-line password protected platform called Pixieset. You will be able to share your gallery with family and friends and download all of your images in hi-resolution format. It will also give you the option to order any photos too.
do you edit all of our photos?
Yes, I do. I will cull first (nobody looks good mid-blink!) and then edit each photo to make sure your gallery is as gorgeous as possible. Before you ask, no I don’t deliver unedited photos.
dO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?
Absolutely. I am fully insured, as is any second photographer. If you have any questions regarding insurance or would like to see my certificate of insurance, please do ask.
how far in advance do we need to book you?
The first step is to book your venue. Once the date is confirmed please contact me to see if I am available. I am currently taking bookings for 2025 and 2026. The earlier you book, the better – plus you can use one of your pre-wedding shoot images as a ‘save the date’ card for your guests!
do we need a second photographer?
I cannot be in two places at once (I wish I could be!) so if you wanted photos of both of you getting ready or if you are having your ceremony and reception at different locations then it might be worth considering a second photographer. I would recommend a second photographer if you are having a large wedding (100 day guests or more). This will allow the second photographer to focus on the guests whilst I can focus on the happy couple.
what kind of gear do you use?
I shoot on two Sony a7 IV cameras. I tend to use prime lenses for the ultimate Bokeh effect but I do have a trusty 24 – 70mm for capturing the crazy dancefloor antics too!
do we need to pay a deposit?
Yes please. A non-refundable 20% deposit will secure your booking for the date you have chosen. The balance can be paid in instalments as pre-agreed between us or you can pay in one final payment. The full amount must be paid one month before your Wedding Day.
what happens after we book?
I will contact you to arrange a meeting via Zoom. It will be early days so I don’t expect you to have finalised plans or anything close to that. It’s just nice to say hello and find out a bit more about you both. I will also want to know all the details about the proposal! We can then get a date in the diary for your pre-wedding shoot.
About 4 weeks before your Wedding Day we will arrange another Zoom call to discuss your plans for the big day!
